Email's to hcc-support@unl.edu are now being delivered normally.

Emails sent to hcc-support@unl.edu may either bounce or silently fail. This is due to a UNL DNS configuration error which occurred shortly before noon: https://status.nebraska.edu/incidents/gr9k1qp2zvf9.

The issue should resolve itself within the next 14 hours as out-of-date DNS records are purged. If you did not receive an automated reply from HCC Support on a new issue, your email did not go through and you will need to resend it. Unfortunately the cause and resolution of this problem is beyond HCC's control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
